Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SONUS-SPEC (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable.
2. Description of Service
SONUS-SPEC provides users with access to an online audio metadata parsing, waveform generation, and synchronization engine. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You agree that you will strictly comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with the Google Drive API. By choosing to use these features, you must additionally abide by Google's Terms of Service. SONUS-SPEC claims no copyright over the audio files or materials that you load into your browser for analysis, nor are we liable for the intellectual property infractions surrounding any content you ingest through the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
SONUS-SPEC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to, data loss, project corruption, or software failures.
